Dear Beverley & Team, On behalf of my sisters and I we would like to thank you and your caring staff for supporting us in organising our dear mum's funeral. It wasn't a difficult decision choosing Broadoak, as we chose them for dad's funeral a few years back. From the moment we rang Broadoak we were treated with compassion and support in our grief. Beverley guided us through the decisions and organisation. You did it all for us, even organising a lovely picture show of the many, many, lifetime photos of mum. I was a superb complete service. I contacted Broadoak Funeral Service when my dad passed away, they were recommended to me by a friend and neighbour. From my first phone call with Beverley I was put at ease and I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. She guided me through all the arrangements and made everything so easy.

What can I say? The staff here gave my mum an absolutely amazing service as she totally deserved, it was done with pure dignity and empathy and we truly couldn't have asked for anything better. Bev and Steve in particular were amazing they gave me and my sister the best support during a very difficult and extremely challenging time.

I just want to thank you all for the kindness, professionalism, help and support you gave to me when my Father Kenneth Atkinson passed on 2/10/20. From collecting my dad at home, to helping me sort out the coffin, flowers, music recorded for church, everything was done with understanding and ease by you.
