The funeral arrangements can be made at any time either before or after registration.
We can come and arrange the funeral in the comfort of your own home or, if you prefer, you can call here where you will be received by our friendly staff in the peaceful and tranquil setting of our Chapel. We realise organising a funeral can be overwhelming.
We are here to listen, support and guide you through each and every step. We offer a quality service of dedicated funeral care. We will advice you on all your options and choices and make sure that the funeral arrangements are made in accordance to your wishes, and those of the deceased.
Our service starts as soon as you contact us, and we operate a phone line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are on call whenever you needs us.
Confirmation
Once the arrangements have been made a written detailed estimate of costs will be discussed with the family, which will be fully explained. This estimate will then be signed by yourself and given to you along with written confirmation of all dates, times and funeral details once the times have been confirmed with us. If there is anything you wish to ask, we will be only too pleased to help.
